Abstract:

This paper describes the relationship between the dam safety video surveillance system and other systems, and summarizes the objects and contents to be monitored. Also, selection of right frontend device, communication, control, storage and display equipment based on the characteristics of hydropower dam and monitoring objects is introduced. In accordance with the principles of practicability, reliability, economy, advancement, maintainability expandability and upgradability, the dam safety video surveillance system is designed to meet the needs of dam safety management.

摘要: 笔者梳理大坝安全视频监控系统与其他监控系统的关系,针对大坝安全关注的要点,总结大坝安全视频监控的对象和监控内容,介绍如何根据全景监控、重要部位监控、缺陷隐患监控等监控对象的特点和监控内容,选择合适的前端设备及对应的布设方式、布设要求,以及相应的通信、控制、存储和显示设备等设计要点。在遵循实用性、可靠性、经济性、先进性、可维护、可扩展、可升级的原则下,设计大坝安全视频监控系统,满足水电站大坝安全管理的需要。
