PCCP内壁粘贴碳纤维补强加固原型试验及工程应用

Abstract: In view of the potential safety hazard caused by the broken pre-stressed steel wire of PCCP, this paper uses the 1∶1 prototype to carry out reinforcement test in which carbon fiber is stuck to the inner wall of PCCP, and uses two measurement methods, namely by resistance strain gauge and by optical fiber, to monitor the influence of the broken wire in the model on the concrete and carbon fiber on the inner wall of PCCP under the action of internal water pressure. The test shows that it is feasible and effective for PCCP to adopt the reinforcement scheme of three layers of carbon fiber sticking to the inner wall. For the emergency standby water source project in Beijing, the emergency reinforcement treatment of PCCP No. 3-77 and No. 3-79 was carried out by sticking three-layer carbon fiber to the inner wall, and good results were achieved.

摘要: 针对PCCP的预应力钢丝断丝造成的安全隐患,采用1∶1原型对PCCP进行了内壁粘贴碳纤维补强加固试验,采用电阻应变片和光纤两种测量手段监测了原型在内水压力作用下断丝对PCCP内壁混凝土及碳纤维的影响,试验表明PCCP采用内壁粘贴三层碳纤维加固方案是可行和有效的。针对北京市应急备用水源地工程,采用内壁粘贴三层碳纤维加固方案对3-77号和3-79号PCCP进行了应急补强加固处理,取得了良好效果。
