Abstract: This paper analyzes the cause reasons for reservoir diseases. In view of the problems of small reservoirs, such as large number, scattered locations and serious diseases, as well as the new situation and new requirements for reservoir reinforcement at present stage, including the focus on solving the weak links of flood control, preventing and coping with sudden and extreme risks, and promoting high quality development, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems, which provides a useful reference for speeding up the reinforcement of reservoirs and promoting the high-quality development of water resources.

摘要： 深入分析了水库病险产生的原因，针对小型水库量多面广、区域分散、病险突出等问题，结合现阶段水库除险加固需着力解决防汛薄弱环节、防范应对突发和极端条件风险、推动高质量发展等方面的新形势、新要求，提出了有针对性的对策措施和建议，为加快推进水库除险加固、助力水利高质量发展提供有益参考。
