Abstract: Multi-point displacement meters are widely used in deformation and displacement monitoring of slope rock mass and cavern rock of water conservancy and hydropower projects, which can realize automatic monitoring and safety warning. The new multi-point displacement meter device introduced in this article is a new structural type different from the old described in DL/T 1272—2013, including an anchor head, a transmission rod (steel pipe) and a plastic protection tube installed with concentric shafts, as well as the orifice mounting base and the matching displacement sensor. Its application range and measurement accuracy are exactly the same as the multi-point displacement meter device, and its technical performance is superior. It has advantages such as high equipment precision, easy installation and high observation accuracy. Moreover, one of its important technical achievements is realization of the dual functions of manual instrument measurement and automatic measurement by displacement sensor, which can be used to verify the automated measurements and realize the continuous observation by use of the manual measurement data during replacement of the displacement sensors.

摘要: 多点变位计广泛用于水利水电工程边坡岩体及洞室围岩的变形和位移监测,能够实现自动化监测和安全预警。笔者介绍的新型多点位移计装置是多点变位计装置(DL/T 1272—2013)的一种新结构型式,包括同心轴安装的锚头、传递杆(钢管)和塑料护管,以及孔口安装基座和配套的位移传感器,其应用范围和测量精度与多点变位计装置相同,技术性能则优于多点变位计装置。除了在设备精密性、安装简易性、观测准确性方面具有优势以外,它的一个重要技术成果是实现了人工机具测量和位移传感器自动测量的双重功能,可以采用人工机具测量对自动化测量进行校验,并通过人工机具测量数据的衔接实现更换位移传感器时的不间断观测。
