Abstract: As the highest dam in the world, the design parameters and project scale of Jinping I hydropower dam are far beyond existing standards. Under complex environmental conditions, the dam operation safety risk is high and the management is difficult. By identification and analysis of the operation safety risk of Jinping I hydropower dam, Yalong River Company organized and carried out the research on key technologies of risk control, established the dam operation safety risk management system, and effectively realized the control of dam operation safety risk.

摘要: 锦屏一级大坝作为世界第一高坝,设计指标和工程规模均远超现行标准,在复杂环境条件下,运行安全风险高、管理难度大。雅砻江公司通过识别分析锦屏一级大坝运行安全风险,组织开展风险管控关键技术研究,建立大坝运行安全风险管理体系,有效实现了大坝运行安全风险管控。
