基于风险指数法的群坝智能评价研究及应用

Abstract: With the development of water conservancy industry in China, the informatization of dam risk assessment has become a general trend. In order to improve the risk management and control level, especially for group of dams, the framework and function design of dams risk evaluation are proposed, which realize the intelligent risk evaluation. The dam management authority can grasp the dynamic situation of dams in real time, so that dams are in a safe state under control. The obtained results can provide reference for the informatization construction of dams risk evaluation system.

摘要: 随着我国水利事业的发展,大坝风险评价信息化已是大势所趋。为提高大坝尤其是群坝的风险管控水平,提出了群坝风险评价开发架构和功能设计要求,实现了群坝风险智能评价。大坝主管部门可实时掌握所管辖水库大坝的动态风险情况,使各大坝处于安全在控状态。相应成果可为集团大坝风险评价体系信息化建设提供参考。
