白鹤滩水电站左岸11号堆积体治理方案优化设计

Abstract: The No. 11 deposit slope of Baihetan hydropwer station is located between the tailrace outlet and spillway tunnel on the left bank. It is basically stable as a whole, but the safety factor does not meet the design requirement. Instability will lead to the rise of downstream water level, which will affect the power generation, so the engineering treatment is necessary. After analysis, slope cutting was adopted as the main engineering treatment measure. The design was further optimized in implementation stage, which achieved good results, reduced construction difficulties and saved investment.

摘要: 11号堆积体边坡位于白鹤滩水电站左岸尾水出口与泄洪洞之间,整体处于基本稳定状态,但安全系数不满足设计要求,失稳导致下游水位抬高会影响电站正常发电,需进行工程处理。通过分析得出,对11号堆积体采取以削坡为主的工程处理措施,技施阶段进一步优化设计,取得了较好的效果,降低了施工难度,节省了投资。
