大渡河公司大坝安全监测设施缺陷信息化管理实践

Abstract: Operation of dam safety monitoring system plays an important role in real-time evaluation of dam safety behavior. The indexes such as the facility availability rate, the missing rate of data acquisition and the average fault-free running time of the automatic system directly reflect the reliability of the monitoring system and they are closely related to the defect management. This paper introduces the informatized whole process of defects management of dam safety monitoring facilities which is based on information system, equipment condition monitoring and digital inspection. Moreover, the online management of the whole process, namely discovery-report-process-check-acceptance-statistics-analysis, is realized. The practice shows that by use of this management mode, the operation indexes of the monitoring system are optimized, lifecycle management of equipment is realized, and the real-time management and control of dam safety is improved.

摘要: 大坝安全监测系统的正常运行对实时评判大坝运行性态具有至关重要的作用,监测设施完好率、数据采集缺失率、自动化系统平均无故障工作时间等指标直接体现监测系统运行的可靠程度,并与设备缺陷管理水平密切相关。笔者介绍了基于信息系统、设备状态监控、数字巡检的全流程、信息化的大坝安全监测设施缺陷管理模式,实现了“发现—填报—处理—审核—验收—统计—分析”全流程线上管理。实践表明,该管理模式提高了监测系统运行可靠性指标,实现了设备全生命周期管理,提升了大坝安全实时管控水平。
