白鹤滩水电站坝基固结灌浆方法研究与应用

Abstract: Baihetan hydropower dam is the first super-high arch dam based on columnar jointed basalt worldwide. To be stable and safe, considering the exposure of dam foundation rock mass, the location of foundation surface and the progress of concrete pouring and other influencing factors, it is proposed that non cover weight grouting, non cover weight grouting combined with concrete cover weight guide pipe grouting and reserved protective layer rock cover weight grouting combined with concrete cover weight guide pipe grouting should be adopted for consolidation grouting of dam foundation of Baihetan hydropower station. The results of acoustic wave inspection show that the wave velocity in rock mass in each dam section after grouting is higher than before, which indicates that the three grouting methods mentioned above are feasible for consolidation grouting of dam foundation of Baihetan hydropower station.

摘要: 白鹤滩水电站是世界上首个利用柱状节理玄武岩作为基础的特高拱坝。为使特高拱坝稳定和安全,根据坝基岩体出露情况、建基面部位及混凝土浇筑进度等综合影响因素,研究提出坝基固结灌浆采用“预留保护层岩石盖重灌浆结合混凝土盖重引管灌浆”“无盖重灌浆”和“无盖重灌浆结合混凝土盖重引管灌浆”三种灌浆方法。声波检查结果显示各坝段灌后岩体波速相比灌前均有不同程度提高,表明白鹤滩水电站坝基固结灌浆采用上述三种灌浆方法是可行的。
