Abstract: The marine environment is complex and changeable, and the foundation of tidal current turbine is subjected to complex loads such as currents and waves. However, the current standards related to the utilization of tidal energy are still in their infancy, which makes it difficult to guide the design of foundation of tidal current turbine in the complex marine environment. Based on the Zhejiang Zhoushan megawatt-scale grid-connected tidal energy generation project, and combining with the relevant specifications and standards, the load combination form under each operating condition with complex marine load is proposed. As well, based on the geological condition of the project site, the design scheme for foundation of the tidal energy unit is proposed, namely box-format composite foundation and gravity-format composite foundation. The strength and deformation of the box-format composite foundation under extreme operating conditions and seismic conditions have been compared and analyzed, and the review of foundation bearing capacity and structural anti-collapse and anti-slip capability has been conducted. The results show that the design solution can meet the safe operation of tidal energy units, which is of reference value to the development and utilization of tidal energy in Zhejiang Zhoushan tidal energy demonstration project and other similar projects.

摘要: 海洋环境复杂多变,潮流能机组基础结构受水流、海浪等复杂荷载的考验,但当前有关潮流能利用的相关标准尚处于起步阶段,难以指导复杂海洋环境下潮流能机组基础的设计。依托浙江舟山兆瓦级潮流能并网发电示范项目,结合相关规范标准,提出了复杂海洋荷载作用下各工况的潮流能基础设计的荷载组合形式,并综合场地工程地质情况,提出了箱格式复合基础和重力式基础的潮流能机组基础设计方案;对比分析了极端工况和地震工况下潮流能箱格式复合基础的强度与变形,并开展地基承载力、结构抗倾覆以及抗滑移的校核。结果表明,该设计方案可满足潮流能机组的安全运行。研究成果对浙江舟山潮流能示范工程海域的潮流能开发利用以及其他类似工程具有一定的参考价值。
