Abstract: In view of the problems of using traditional spraying polyurea technology in seepage prevention treatment of upstream surface of masonry dam, a new SK two-component slow-reaction polyurea material is adopted, which can be directly coated on the surface of masonry. Tests on the effect of rock dam surface painting and bond strength are carried out, and the construction method of SK two-component slow-reaction polyurea coating on masonry dam surface is summarized. It is applied to a reservoir in Beijing and good seepage control effect has been achieved in field application.

摘要: 针对浆砌石坝坝体渗漏上游表面防渗处理使用传统喷涂聚脲技术存在的问题,采用可直接在浆砌石表面涂刷的新型SK双组分慢反应聚脲材料,进行了岩石坝面涂刷效果及粘结强度试验,总结了浆砌石坝面直接涂刷SK双组分慢反应聚脲的施工工法,并在北京某水库进行了现场工程应用,取得了良好的防渗效果。
