Abstract: Based on the characteristics of dam structure, potential safety hazards and weak parts of Taipingwan hydropower station as well as the project management practice, an online monitoring platform for dam safety is developed, which integrates online monitoring management and online structure safety evaluation. This paper introduces the goal, platform structure, system function and implementation effect of the online monitoring system for Taipingwan hydropower station, worth reference for promotion and application of the platform to similar projects.

摘要: 从太平湾水电站大坝结构特点、安全隐患和薄弱部位以及工程的管理实际出发,构建了集在线监测管理和在线结构安全评判于一体的大坝安全在线监控平台。笔者介绍了太平湾水电站大坝安全在线监控系统的目标、平台架构、系统功能及平台的实施效果,对平台在同类工程中的推广应用有一定的借鉴意义。
