水工金属结构T 型焊缝焊接质量相控阵检测

Abstract: The function of CIVA software for safety assessment of hydraulic metal structure is introduced based on simple simulation test, which can be combined with the test and can confirm the hazards of defects, etc. In the test, four defects are found in the work piece by phased array inspection which are analyzed quantitatively, including the defects of the base metal and a small one. It is verified that the application of phased array inspection to special-shaped structure inspection is reliable and efficient.

摘要: 通过简单仿真试验介绍CIVA软件在水工金属结构安全评估中的作用,可以与试验结合,确认缺陷的危害性等。对T型工件进行相控阵检测,发现了工件中存在的4个缺陷,其中一个母材缺陷、一个小缺陷,对缺陷进行了定量分析,验证了相控阵检测在T型焊缝等异形结构检测中的可靠性和高效性。
