人工砂制备反滤料在小型碾压式土石坝中的应用

Abstract:

Based on the construction practice of Yazha reservoir barrage, the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of artificial sand and the problems to consider, and compared with the river sand and sand gravel, the filter material adaptation based on field tests and envelope control is proposed. First, the seven control points of the upper and lower envelopes are determined, and then the grading of artificial sand is adapted. Artificial sand mixing is carried out and the mix proportion is determined. The nonuniform coefficient, curvature coefficient and content of particles smaller than 0.075 mm are all in accordance with the design requirements. It turns out that the curve is completely within the double envelopes. The application of artificial sand to prepare filter material in Yazha reservoir dam solves the problem of poor gradation of the filter material. It provides effective means and ideas for the use of filter materials.

依托牙扎水库拦河坝建设工程实践,通过分析人工砂的优缺点以及使用人工砂时需要考虑的问题,进行人工砂、河砂和砂砾石的级配试验对比,提出基于现场试验以及包络线控制下的适配的反滤料级配。首先确定上下包络线的七个控制点,然后确定适配人工砂的级配;进行人工砂掺配,确定掺配比例,其不均匀系数、曲率系数以及粒径≤0.075 mm颗粒含量均符合设计要求,结果显示曲线完全在双包线内。人工砂制备反滤料在牙扎水库拦河坝工程中的应用,较好地解决了反滤料级配不良的问题,可为反滤料的选择与使用提供有效的思路和方法。
