Abstract:

Geological conditions play a leading role in the duration and cost of underground projects. It is of great significance for contractors involved to study geological risk management. In view of this, based on underground projects, the author introduces the concept of schedule deviation, quantification of the engineering geological risk, determination of three evaluation indicators of engineering geological risk and the establishment of matching contract adjustment mechanism. Contractors and owners can take advantage of it to divide the right of schedule adjustment, to divide and quantify the attribution of geological risk. By empirical analysis of foreign project cases, engineering geological risk can be divided, quantified and allocated through contract adjustment mechanism.

工程地质条件对地下工程项目工期和成本起主导性作用,参与工程项目的承包商研究项目地质风险管理具有重要意义。鉴于此,笔者基于地下工程项目,引入进度偏差概念,量化工程地质风险,确定了工程地质风险的三个评价指标,并建立了相匹配的合同调差机制,承包商和业主可用其划分工期调差权利,分割及量化地质风险归属。通过国外工程案例实证分析,工程地质风险可以通过合同调差机制进行分割、量化及分摊。
