Abstract: In order to store energy, most of pumped storage power stations are located in mountainous areas with high elevation difference, usually with high vegetation coverage and less human activities. As hydropower design tends to be three-dimensional, the demand for real terrain is very urgent, and traditional measurement methods are difficult to obtain high-precision terrain data, especially in initial design phase of hydropower station. This paper describes how to use the LiDAR in the topographic surveying and mapping to provide 3D terrain for the subsequent three-dimensional design.

摘要: 为存储更多的电能,抽水蓄能电站选址大多位于高差较大的山区,通常植被覆盖率高,人类活动较少。水电设计趋于三维化,对真实地形的需求非常迫切,而传统的测量方法很难获取高精度的地形数据,特别在电站设计初期。介绍如何利用机载激光雷达技术开展地形测绘工作,并为后续三维设计提供基础三维地形。
