Abstract: In order to standardize the dam safety monitoring, improve the effectiveness of safety monitoring information management, grasp the operation condition timely, and make full use of information technology, such as big data and internet, the centralized integration of dam safety information and the online dam safety monitoring management platform are connected seamlessly, which realized the online evaluation and feedback of daily monitoring information of each power station in river basin. Monitoring and management of the main parts and key projects in real time are achieved. As well, real time supervision, improvement of work efficiency and quality and enhancement of monitoring automation and intelligent management level are all realized.

摘要: 为规范开展大坝安全监测工作、提高大坝安全监测信息管理的实效性和及时掌握大坝安全稳定运行状况,充分利用大数据、互联网等信息技术,将流域库坝安全信息集中集成,并与大坝安全监测在线管理平台进行无缝关联,完成了流域各电站日常监测信息的及时报送、在线评判和信息反馈,可实现对大坝主要部位、关键项目的实时监控和动态管理,达到实时监管的目标。同时,提高了工作效率和质量,提升了监测自动化和智能化管理水平。
