Publishing and 3D Browsing of oblique photography model of a power station based on Cesium

基于Cesium 的电站倾斜摄影模型Web 发布与三维浏览

Abstract: Due to the advantages of 3D model as describing geographic condition of terrain and landforms, the base maps of geographic information system (GIS) are transforming from traditional 2D maps to 3D models. Oblique photography models are becoming the main elements of 3D GIS, because of its high efficiency of data acquisition and 3D modeling, as well as its good effects. However, the application of oblique models in 3D GIS is limited by the low efficiency of transmission and rendering in the front end caused by its large size. In order to solve this problem, the popular 3D rendering system, Cesium and its data format, 3d tiles are studied in this paper. The data organization, publishing, browsing and interacting of this solution are analyzed and actual data are adopted. The applicability in 3D GIS for small and medium power stations of this solution is proved and could provide references for development of larger 3D GIS system in the relevant fields.

摘要: 由于三维模型在表达地形地貌方面的巨大优势,电站地理信息系统(GIS)的底图正在由传统的二维平面地图发展到实景三维模型。倾斜摄影模型因采集数据与建模的效率高,以及模型效果方面的优势,正在成为构建三维GIS系统的关键要素,但由于数据规模导致的传输与前端渲染效率低下,倾斜摄影三维模型在前端三维GIS应用中仍存在很大局限。笔者研究了当前比较主流的三维渲染引擎Cesium,及其相应的三维模型格式3d tiles,分析了基于此解决方案的数据组织、发布、浏览与交互方式,并通过实际数据验证,证明了该方案在中小型电站三维GIS系统中的实用性,并可为大规模三维GIS系统开发以及相关专业系统开发提供借鉴。
