Abstract: Rebar strain meter is an instrument commonly used in safety monitoring of geotechnical engineering. This paper analyzes and summarizes relevant current national standards as well as water conservancy and electric power industry standards. Combining with field application, the common problems existing in the calibration, long-term stability, sensitivity and range, substitution between rebar strain meters of different diameters, installation method and rebar stress calculation are discussed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. The stress calculation of rebar strain meter includes the load stress and non-load stress. Non-load stress is the common cause of compression stress in calculation result. The influence of non-load stress should be taken into account in data analysis.

摘要: 钢筋计是岩土工程安全监测中常用的一种仪器。分析总结相关现行国家标准及水利、电力行业标准,结合现场应用,对钢筋计的标定、长期稳定性、灵敏度与量程、不同直径钢筋计之间的替代、安装方法以及钢筋应力计算等方面存在的常见问题,提出相应的解决办法。钢筋计计算应力包括荷载与非荷载应力,非荷载应力是计算成果出现压应力的常见原因,在资料分析时应考虑到这方面的影响。
