Abstract: The State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) is one of the five largest power generation groups in China, and the total installed capacity of hydropower station is ranked third among them. SPIC has 141 hydropower/reservoir dams, distributing in 12 domestic provinces and 3 overseas countries. In order to enhance operation safety management of these hydropower/reservoir dams, the dam management center has been set up by SPIC to supervise and guide dam operation. The supervision and management model of dam safety in SPIC is discussed in this paper.

摘要： 国家电力投资集团公司是中国五大发电集团之一，水电装机规模位列五大发电集团第三。现有水电站（水库）大坝141座，遍及12个省区和境外３个国家。国家电投为加强水电站（水库）大坝运行安全管理，成立国家电投大坝管理中心，对大坝安全进行全覆盖监督和指导。文章对集团公司层面大坝安全风险分类管控等管理模式进行探讨。
