Abstract: The meteorological and geological conditions of Yalong river are complex. There is a series of challenges in safety and risk management of cascade hydropower projects. This paper summarizes the key technologies of safety management such as deeply embedded, long and large tunnel, underground powerhouse cavern groups, high slope and landslide mass, joint regulation and operation of cascade reservoirs etc. Using information technology of GNSS, unmanned aerial vehicle, BIM, GIS and so on, the real time safety monitoring system for flood discharge, earthquake monitoring technical system for cascade reservoirs, dam safety information management system and whole life cycle digital hydropower management platform are developed. The risk management and control with classification and emergency management command center are established. By comprehensive utilization of modern engineering and information technology, the engineering safety and risk stay in a controllable state.

摘要: 雅砻江流域气象、地质条件复杂,梯级水电工程安全风险管理面临着一系列挑战。分析总结了深埋长大隧洞、地下厂房洞室群、高边坡及滑坡体、梯级水库群联合调度等安全管理的关键技术;利用GNSS、无人机、BIM、GIS等信息技术,开发了泄洪安全实时监控系统、流域中下游水库地震监测系统、流域大坝安全信息管理系统、水电全生命周期数字化管理平台等安全管理应用系统;建立了风险分级管控体系和流域应急管理指挥中心。通过综合利用现代工程和信息技术,流域工程安全与风险处于可控状态。
