Abstract: The multimedia simulation training system for mechanical and electrical equipment combines the computer simulation technology with the overhaul of mechanical and electrical equipment in large hydropower station, to meet the overhaul training needs of turbine generator set, auxiliary equipments and metal structures. Three-dimensional visualization technology is used for modeling and simulation of mechanical and electrical equipment. Based on this, the system expounds the working principle, structural features of each component, as well as the disassembly, assembly and commissioning during overhaul. This system can be used to overcome the limitations of traditional training model, and to carry out systematic training on maintenance for technical staffs, which would promote safe and stable operation of hydropower station.

摘要: 机电设备多媒体仿真培训系统将现代计算机仿真技术与大型水电站机电设备检修有机结合,适应水电站水轮发电机组及其辅助设备、金属结构等检修培训需求。采用三维可视化技术对机电设备进行建模仿真,全方位阐述设备零部件的工作原理、结构特点,以及检修所需的拆卸、装配、调试等。利用该系统可突破传统培训模式的局限,开展检修专业知识的系统培训,提高技术人员的专业素质,为水电站的安全稳定运行奠定坚实的基础。
