Abstract: Prediction, prevention and emergency response is an important part of dam safety management for hydropower station. In the last decade, there are many serious natural disasters related to dam safety of hydropower station in China. In coping with these disasters, the actual emergency response is rapid and the rescue is very effective, which reflects the dam safety emergency management system suitable for national conditions and industry characteristics has been basically established. This paper analyzes the current situation of safety emergency management of hydropower dam in China, introduces the construction of dam safety emergency system, points out the problems in emergency management, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.

摘要： 大坝安全突发事件的预测预防和应急处置是水电站大坝安全管理的重要环节。我国近十年来发生了多起与水电站大坝安全相关的重特大自然灾害，实际应急响应迅速、救援处置得力，适合我国国情和行业特点的水电站大坝安全应急管理体系已基本建立。文章分析了我国水电站大坝安全应急管理现状，介绍了大坝安全应急体系建设情况，指出了当前大坝安全应急管理中存在的问题，并提出了改进建议。
