Reason analysis for seepage increase of a high concrete face rock-fill dam

某高混凝土面板坝近期渗流量增大原因分析

Abstract: The measured total seepage of a high concrete face rock-fill dam in 2014 is significantly larger than in history. The increase of rainfall in 2014 is not the main reason by excluding its impact. By regression analysis and study of the water level change of collecting well downstream the dam, the conclusion is obtained that the seepage increase is not in a sudden but a gradual increasing process since 2005. Based on the underwater inspection results, it is gotten that the reasons for seepage increase are as following: cutting groove and setting soft seam on concrete face, as well as extrusion damage of vertical seam which leads to the leakage channel between the copper water-stop and concrete face.

摘要: 某高面板堆石坝2014年的实测总渗流量明显大于历史最大值。通过排除降雨量的影响,说明降雨量不是2014年渗流量增大的主要原因。通过回归分析和大坝下游集水井水位变化进一步说明渗流量并不是2014年突然增大,而是自2005年开始逐步增大的。根据水下检查成果进一步推断渗流量增大的原因是面板切槽设置软缝和垂直缝挤压破损导致铜片止水与面板连接部位产生渗漏通道,坝体变形的长期不稳定使渗漏通道逐步增大。
