Abstract: The article described the process design and engineering application of weld inspection for hydraulic metal structural based on ultrasonic phased array technology. Considering the features of large thickness, complex structure and poor accessibility of the hydraulic metal structures, we took advantage of the simulation software of ESBeam Tool to carry out the design of testing process, which achieved high detection efficiency and reliability. And then the testing process was applied to the detection of buttweld of steel pressure piping and combined weld of steel bifurcated piping, an ideal result was reached. The design of testing process and application would have positive promotional value and comprehensive application prospects.

摘要: 介绍了基于超声相控阵技术的水工金属结构焊缝检测的工艺设计和工程应用。结合水工金属结构板厚较大、结构较复杂、可接近性差等特点,采用仿真软件ESBeam Tool进行检测工艺设计,达到较高的检测效率和检测可靠性,并将检测工艺应用到压力钢管对接焊缝和钢岔管月牙肋组合焊缝的检测中,取得了较理想的结果,具有积极的推广价值和广泛的应用前景。
