检测混凝土防渗墙质量的常用方法及应用

Abstract: Common methods of quality detection for concrete cutoff wall are analyzed in this paper, such as cross-hole sonic, single-hole sonic, sonic CT imaging, panoramic drilling image and so on. Based on summarizing the geophysical characteristics of typical defects of cutoff wall, a fast, practical and economical scheme to detect the quality of cutoff wall is put forward. Combined with the size and importance of the cutoff wall, it is preferred to form a complete detection section. In the detection section, cross-hole sonic is firstly used as a general survey. And then sonic CT imaging is carried out in the abnormal area to locate the defect. Finally, to verify the detection results, an appropriate amount of core holes are arranged to carry out single-hole sonic, panoramic drilling image and pressurized-water test.

摘要: 通过对跨孔声波、单孔声波、声波CT成像、钻孔全景图像等检测方法进行分析,总结整理了防渗墙典型质量缺陷的地球物理特征,提出快速、实用、经济地对防渗墙质量进行检测的方案。根据防渗墙的规模和重要性程度,检测断面最好能形成一个完整的检测剖面。在其检测剖面上,首先采用跨孔穿透声波进行普查,然后在异常区域布置声波CT成像进行定位,最后布置适量的取芯孔进行单孔声波、钻孔全景图像、钻孔压(注)水试验验证。
