Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of water cooling for mass concrete and ensure the project quality, an intelligent watering temperature control system for mass concrete is developed, which has many characteristics, such as simple structure, easy installation, low power consumption, strong anti-interference ability, open communication protocol, stable and reliable data communication etc. By use of this system, real-time acquisition of the internal temperature of concrete, the temperature and the flow of cooling water, and automatic control of water flow without manual intervention are realized. Carrying out application research in project, good temperature control result has been obtained, and it is of great significance to improve the intelligence of temperature control technology for mass concrete.

摘要: 为提高大体积混凝土冷却通水效率,保证工程质量,研制了一套具有结构简单、安装容易、功耗低、抗干扰能力强、规约开放、数据通讯稳定可靠等一系列特点的大体积混凝土智能通水温控系统,在无人干预的情况下,实现了对混凝土内部温度、冷却水水温、冷却水流量等信息的实时采集以及冷却水流量的自动控制,并在实际工程中开展了应用研究,取得了良好的温控效果,对提高我国大体积混凝土温控技术的智能化水平具有重要意义。
