Abstract: Based on building data warehouse, the collecting and organizing dam safety related information for all the dams within the river basin are realized by informatization. Further, deep analysis is carried out for decision supporting and timely warning alarm. The paper introduces the characteristics to note in informatization development from the view of a software developer.

摘要： 流域水电站大坝安全信息化建设要通过建立流域数据仓库，全面收集、整理流域内所有电站与大坝安全相关的信息，在此基础上进行深层次分析，以发挥决策支持作用，获得及时的安全预警。主要从应用角度阐述了流域水电站大坝安全信息化建设需要关注的特点。
