Abstract: In this paper, some ideas are advanced, including that the monitoring instrument system should meet the requirement of construction of high dams and research as well as on-site testing should be strengthened; the structure of non-stress meter impacts greatly on stress monitoring result which should be optimized by theoretical calculation; caisson structure, devices and monitoring method can be a new way for flow measurement of drainage; perambulation inspection should be emphasized equally with monitoring instruments; monitoring design should be clearly aimed and construction quality should be strictly controlled.

摘要: 笔者提出了监测仪器系统应适应当前高坝建设需要,加强科研与现场试验。混凝土无应力计的结构严重影响应力监测结果,可通过理论计算进行优化。排水沟流量观测采用沉井式结构、装置和测量方法,可为观测排水沟流量提供新的方式和手段。巡视检查应与仪器监测并重,监测设计应目的明确,倡导平实设计,严把施工质量。
