超声激励混凝土裂纹发热的数值模拟研究

Abstract: In concrete defect detection, detection by infrared thermal image technique is introduced and finite element simulation is carried out to study the influence of the five parameters on detection results, namely crack width, concrete thickness, amplitude of ultrasonic wave, ultrasonic frequency and the excitation loading position. The result shows that the finite element simulation is a reasonable simulation of the heating of crack tip, worthy reference.

摘要: 混凝土缺陷检测过程中,介绍了超声红外热像技术检测混凝土的试验,开展了有限元仿真模拟工作,分别定性地研究了混凝土裂缝宽度、混凝土厚度、超声波振幅、超声波频率、超声激励加载位置五个参数改变对检测结果的影响规律。结果表明,有限元仿真模拟合理地模拟了裂纹尖端发热的过程,为进一步研究提供了参考。
