Abstract: The concept of EPC and the feature of engineering management for EPC project are introduced in this paper. Example study is carried out to outline the workflow of design management for EPC project. Combined with the focus of design management, some suggestions are put forward, for reference.

摘要： 介绍了EPC 的概念、EPC 工程总承包管理模式的特点；通过工程实例，简要概述了EPC 项目设计管理的工作流程，并针对EPC 总承包设计的管理重点，提出了在EPC 模式下对设计管理工作的一些意见。
