Abstract

Abstract: To identify risks in the operation of hydropower dams and carry out countermeasures, the safety assessment is implemented. Based on the statistics of cause reasons for dam failures in history, the paper introduces the items and elements in assessment of operation safety of hydropower dams.

摘要： 水电站大坝运行安全评价的目的是要辨识安全风险，发现安全隐患及时防范，促进大坝安全运行。哪些是影响大坝安全的关键因素呢？从世界坝工史上大坝失事原因的综合统计分析成果出发，将那些曾导致大坝失事的直接技术原因筛选出来作为水电站大坝运行安全评价分项和要素。
