Abstract

Abstract: The paper introduces some issues about the compilation of Guide for safety assessment of hydropower dams in operation, including the origin of assignment, aim, principle and the process of the compilation, the data collection and investigation, the relation between this guide and other related regulations as well as the main contents.

摘要： 介绍了《水电站大坝运行安全评价导则》编制的任务来源、制订目的和原则、必要性、制订过程、专题资料收集和调研情况、与国家有关大坝安全法律法规和电力行业安全鉴定的关系、与现行设计或施工规范的关系、主要内容等情况，以便应用者加深理解。
