Abstract: To control the construction cost of the rehabilitation of Shahe reservoir, scientific management method and comprehensive control measures are adopted. The cost, quality and construction period are perfectly coordinated and economic benefit is obtained. Finally, experience learnt is worthy of reference.

摘要： 在沙河水库除险加固工程的施工成本控制中，承包企业运用了科学的管理方法和系统、全面的成本控制措施，按照科学的实施步骤，正确处理成本、质量与工期三者之间的辩证关系，为企业创造了最大的经济利益，积累了成功的经验和成本控制的系统方法，为以后类似工程的施工提供了参考。
