Abstract: This paper gives an introduction on the reparing treatment for erosion wear of the bottom slab of stilling basin for floodgate at Suzhi hydropower station on Yellow River. The problem of water discharge with mud and sand exerts adverse influence on the operation of the hydropower station. The result of underwater inspection shows that the severe wear occurred at part of slabs of stilling basin. The conclusion of research is that the complete treatment should be carried out after cleaning the water in stilling basin by use of temporary cofferdam. The treatment is covering the abrasion-resistant siliceous concrete of C35F100W8 on the top of slab, with the thickness of 15 cm.

摘要: 苏只水电站泄洪闸消力池底板基础廊道排水管,在电站运行初期就存在排水带泥问题,一直困扰着电站运行,本次水下检查发现消力池底板局部冲磨严重。经研究,采用围堰挡水,抽干消力池,进行全面修复处理。处理方案为:在原设计底板表面整体加厚15 cm,强度等级C35F100W8的硅粉抗冲耐磨混凝土。
