Abstract: Specialization is the main feature of dam safety management of Huanghe Hydropower Company. Specific staff takes charge of dam safety monitoring, information management and remote control. In this way, human resources decreased and efficiency improved. This paper introduced the dam safety management mode, structure and responsibility of the organization, working features and experiences, worthy reference.

摘要： 黄河水电公司所辖黄河上游流域梯级水电站大坝安全管理模式的最大特点是专业化。专业化管理有效集中了专业人员开展坝群安全监测、信息统一管理和对水电站大坝安全进行远程控制管理，节约了人力资源，提高了工效。主要介绍黄河水电公司大坝安全管理模式和机构设置与职责划分、主要特点和具体做法、实践中积累的坝群管理经验等，可为流域性水电开发公司大坝安全管理提供借鉴和参考。
