石泉水库天气预报调度模型研究

Abstract: For better utilization of flood resource to increase electricity generation, combined with flood data in this river basin and reservoir regulation data, based on 7-day weather forecast, regulation model was set up. The main innovation was the coupling of weather and hydrological forecasting and reservoir regulation. According to analysis of historical rainfall data, the relationship between rainfall and reservoir regulation was established and applied in practical operation. This method enhanced the existing fine reservoir operation, worthy reference.

摘要: 为了充分利用洪水资源,增加发电量,结合石泉水库流域洪水、调度资料和陕西省气象台7日滚动天气预报,尝试建立可调节水库天气预报调度模型,延长洪水的预见期,提高水电企业的经济效益。此方法的创新在于天气预报和水文预报、调度的耦合,依据大量历史水雨情资料分析,将其建立关系,实际应用时直接采用该关系进行调度。成果丰富和发展了现有水库精细化调度的方法,为水库开展预报调度提供了科学依据。
