Abstract: Spain has one of the most dynamic markets for pumped storage in southern Europe. Spain is slated to construct additional projects in the coming decades. The paper introduced the development of pumped storage projects and further planning of Spanish government. At last, a summary of several projects under planning, design or construction by the major utilities of Spain was presented, for reference.

摘要： 对抽水蓄能项目来说，西班牙是南欧洲最有活力的市场之一。西班牙政府也计划在未来几十年内大力开发抽水蓄能电站。文章介绍了西班牙抽水蓄能的开发现状以及未来的规划，对西班牙主要公用事业单位正在规划、设计或建造的几个电站进行了总结，供参考。
