Abstract: Quick fix technology for hydraulic turbine runner is one of the bottlenecks exerts adverse influence on operation efficiency and economic efficiency of hydropower station. Based on digital photogrammetry technology, space reverse engineering technology is proposed in this paper to realize fast digital measurement for the runner as well as digital modeling which provides the basis for maintenance and defects treatment. The paper introduces the digital measurement, digital modeling and repair process based on v-stars digital photogrammetry technology. It is of great value in further study and application.

摘要:

水电站水轮机转轮的快速修复技术是影响电站运行效率及提高发电企业经济效益的瓶颈技术之一。提出了采用空间逆向工程技术手段,以数字摄影测量技术为基础对转轮实施快速数字化测量,并建立转轮数字模型,为转轮的维修、缺陷处理提供依据。并对采用V-STARS数字摄影测量技术进行转轮快速数字化测量的方式、数字建模方法、转轮快速修复流程等进行了阐述。该项技术的研究、发展及应用将在水轮机转轮快速修复中具有广阔的应用前景。
