Abstract: The flood discharge on May 21, 2010 was the first experience at Wanyao reservoir. Discharge flow was well-controlled, real-time regulation was carried out and monitoring of downstream reach was strengthened. In the flood discharge on June 21, discharge flow was greater and the capacity of flood carrying downstream was tested. By these two experiences, the capacity of flood prevention, accuracy of flood forecasting system, the operability of mechanical and electrical equipments and some parameters in flood discharge were examined. As well, valuable experience was obtained for reference in further operation.

摘要: 2010年“5.21”泄洪是碗窑水库建库以来第一次泄洪,无经验可循,因此控制下泄流量,采取三种办法实时调泄洪水并加强下游河道沿江两岸的巡视检查。“6.21”泄洪加大下泄流量,进一步检验了下游河道的行洪能力。通过两次防洪调度,对碗窑水库上下游水工程的防洪能力、洪水预报调度系统预测报精度、各机械电气设备的操控性能以及在泄洪过程中有关参数的正确率等进行了一次全面的检验,并获得了一些可供以后调度借鉴的经验。
