Abstract: Taipingshao hydropower dam has been in operation for more than 30 years. Due to its specific geographical environment as well as poor design and construction, problems occurred in operation such as gate raise, concrete cracks,seepage increase, over-limit uplift pressure and et al. The paper analyzed the reasons and summarized the treatment measures, for reference.

摘要： 太平哨电站大坝建成后已安全运行30余年，但限于特殊的地理环境和当时的设计与施工条件，大坝在运行中先后产生了闸门抬起、闸墩混凝土开裂、坝体渗漏量增大、坝基扬压力系数超限等问题，文章对上述问题产生的原由及处理方法进行了总结。
