Abstract: By analysis on factors effecting the quality of cost documentation, the paper advanced the method of improvement, including the aspects such as field investigation, understanding every design work, data collection and expansion of professional knowledge.

摘要： 通过对影响造价质量的因素进行分析，从现场查勘、调查研究、熟悉各专业设计内容等工作环节，以及资料积累、提升专业知识等方面，阐述提高水利工程造价文件编制质量的途径。
