Application of SK flexible coating in repair of expansion joints and cracks on concrete structure

SK 柔性防护涂料在伸缩缝及裂缝快速修复中的应用

Abstract: Expansion joints and cracks are common disease for concrete structure. This paper advanced some requirements for surface sealing material used to repair expansion joints and cracks. Durability and mechanical properties tests of SK flexible protective coating (anti-scouring and anti-seepage) were carried out. The test results showed that it had good capacity of anti-ultraviolet, high tensile strength, large break elongation, high bonding strength between the coating and concrete (more than 2.5MPa), good anti-scouring and ability to adapt to crack deformation. Further, some application cases were introduced, which demonstrated that SK flexible protective coating was of excellent mechanical properties, convenient for construction and no special construction equipment needed, worthy popularization.

摘要: 提出了对混凝土建筑物伸缩缝及裂缝进行表面快速封闭所需材料的要求,介绍了SK柔性防护涂料(“抗冲磨型”和“防渗型”)的性能,试验结果表明,SK柔性防护涂料具有较强的抗紫外线性能、抗拉强度高、扯断伸长率大、与混凝土之间的粘结强度高、具有较强的抗冲磨能力及适应变形能力等特性。通过工程实例,介绍了该材料在北京西崔村过水涵洞伸缩缝处理、河南宝泉水电站上库进水口伸缩缝处理及十三陵抽水蓄能电站上库面板混凝土裂缝处理等工程中的应用情况。由于SK柔性防护涂料具有优异的力学性能、施工方便、不需要专门的设备等特点,在水利水电工
