Abstract: The Huangni river basin where Lubuge hydropower station locates is the energy base of eastern Yunnan. As the power development, there are 30 small hydropower stations upstream, which may exert influence on Lubuge dam safety.This paper discussed this issue, for reference.

摘要： 鲁布革水电站所属黄泥河流域水能和煤炭资源十分丰富，是滇东的能源基地。由于电力开发，水库上游已建和在建小水电（水库）约30座。本文就其对鲁布革大坝的安全影响进行分析研究。
