Abstract: For concrete dams in operation, designed uplift pressure coefficient is used as monitoring index for uplift pressure. In practice, it always can be found that uplift pressure is low while the coefficient is overrunning. Thus, it is not proper. However, there is no specific monitoring index yet. This paper advanced the suggestion that the indexes making should be combined with practice. Only in this way, the safety management of dams can be guaranteed.

摘要： 混凝土坝蓄水运行后，采用设计明确的扬压力强度系数作为扬压力是否超限的监控指标，实际工程中发现，有时扬压力强度系数超限时的扬压力并不大，显然用扬压力强度系数作为监控指标并不能反映实际情况。对渗流量目前尚无明确的监控指标。因此，应根据工程的具体情况，制定大坝运行期渗流监控指标，以满足大坝安全管理工作的需要。
