水电站河堤式副坝建筑物级别及设计标准的探讨

Abstract: Based on case study, this paper analyzed the different understanding for the function of auxiliary dam of embankment type that caused codes and design standards with great difference be adopted. If auxiliary dam is taken as a project for civil defense, its design standard is low and top level is lower than crest elevation. If its function is backwater to form reservoir, as permanent structure, design standard is higher than former. This paper focused on analyzing the reasons, process and treatment of divergence in embankment design of hydropower station, worthy reference for similar projects.

摘要: 在低山和丘陵地区的水电站设计中,因对河堤式副坝功能的理解不同,采用不同规范会导致差异较大的设计标准。将河堤式副坝视为民防工程时,设计标准低,其顶部高程低于拦河大坝;认为其主要功能为壅水以形成电站的水库时,作为永久建筑物,设计标准远高于前者,对应顶部高程大于前者。本文着重分析了在水电站库岸设计中出现这种分歧的原因、过程及处理,为以后类似工程的设计提供参考。
