Abstract: According to the monitoring data, such as the deformation of dam crest, foundation and power house, the uplift pressure and seepage of dam foundation, by-pass seepage and environment variables, dam safety was analysed and appraised systematically.The dam operation since the second dam safety inspection (2000) was a key part.In the analysis, time and spatial qualitativeand quantitative analysis and statistic models analysis were adopted, and the analysis result can be as reference．
