Abstract: This paper introduced seepage treatment for expansion joints at drainage ditch of unit 1 at Shazhou power plant.It was grouting, then surface inlay, and rubber plate paste followed, stainless steel plate came last. The materials included LW hydrophilic polyurethane grouting material, HK-9105 hydrophobic polyurethane, HK-963 underwater epoxy coatings, German Fischer chemical anchor, rubber water stop and stainless steel plate, etc. By ingenious combination, the leakage of expansion joints was solved.

摘要： 主要介绍了江苏沙洲电厂1 号机组循环水排水沟伸缩缝的处理。主要采用灌浆后进行缝面嵌填，再粘贴橡胶板，最后采用不锈钢板进行保护的处理方案。所用材料包括LW 水溶性聚氨酯、HK-9105 油溶性聚氨酯、HK-963 水下环氧涂料、德国慧鱼化学锚栓、橡胶止水带、不锈钢板等，通过巧妙结合，对排水沟伸缩缝的渗漏问题进行了妥善处理。
