Abstract: Because of frequent flood discharge, serious scour occurred to roller bucket and the foundation of longitudinal cofferdam. In 2005, it was found that downstream cofferdam was unstable and the destruction of flip bucket was severe. Reconstruction of energy dissipation structures was carried out, in which the concrete construction was a key part. The paper introduced the control of construction safety, quality and progress in the process.

摘要： 红石水电站下游尾水偏低，中、小流量宣泄频繁，对消力戽及纵向围堰基础冲刷严重。2005 年5 月汛期安全检查发现下游围堰已处于严重不稳定状态，消力戽挑坎破坏严重，因此需对消能设施进行改造。混凝土施工是所有工序中最为关键的一环，工程中严格控制了混凝土施工的安全、质量和进度，圆满地完成了本次改造任务。
