Abstract: Seepage analysis is an important part in initial impoundment analysis. By analysis on underground water level at dam foundation and abutment, seepage stability can be evaluated and seepage rules can be summarized. Through relation between seepage pressure and reservoir water level, as well as potential analysis, even though seepage amount was large, the conclusion that Jilintan I hydropower station was stable and safe was proved.
